SpaceHero Technology provides software development, web and mobile application design, system integration, and related consulting services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement signed between SpaceHero and the client.

Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms
Fees and payment schedules are set out in each engagement agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to suspension of work until outstanding amounts are settled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceHero Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.
